The timescale will depend on legal advice. If we are advised that we cannot publish without following due process and natural justice, that advice must be accepted by the Government. The Attorney General advised the Government that 15 days from a date last week would have to be given to the parties mentioned in the report. The intention of the Government is to publish the report thereafter and to have it debated in the House.
