Why is there such a delay in publishing the Bill concerning persons who are considered unsafe to work with children? We were told two years ago by the Taoiseach that it was urgent but there is still no sign of it. Many people, including many Deputies, are concerned.

On radio last week the Minister for Social and Family Affairs promised legislation with regard to changing cohabitation rules for lone parents. Will we see it before the end of this year?
