I wish to seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the urgent need for the Government to oppose in every possible way the decision of the British Government to increase the number of nuclear power stations, thus increasing the volume of nuclear waste to be reprocessed at Sellafield, which will increase the risk to the Irish people from potential accidents or acts of terrorism.
