I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the need for the intervention on a humanitarian basis to secure an end to the hunger and thirst strike involving a number of Afghans seeking asylum in this country having regard to the fact that the group includes a number of minors and that other individuals have been taken to hospital today.
