We will have a situation that has happened to those units already transferred where the specialist staff refuse to move and have to be retained in Dublin city while staff have to be employed. The Government has made commitments to so many towns and villages where there is a definite need to address regional imbalance. These towns do not know whether they will be the beneficiaries of the pledged relocations.
