Question 68: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if his attention has been drawn to recent comments from the Garda Commissioner at the AGSI conference in Killarney that the drugs trade is no longer confined to cities but has spread to provincial towns; if he has had discussions with the Garda Commissioner or Garda representatives regarding the spread of drugs to the provinces; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
