I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Cuffe — the urgent need for legal changes and a comprehensive response to the trafficking of women from Eastern Europe to this country; (2) Deputy Michael Moynihan — the plans for the allocation of the Compensation from the European Structural Fund for the restructuring of Ireland's sugar industry; (3) Deputy Costello — the proposals which the Minister has to regulate or prohibit casino gambling in Ireland; (4) Deputy Allen — the role that Ireland will play following the decision of the European Union to terminate humanitarian and other aid to the Palestinian Authority; and (5) Deputy Enright — the closure of Shannonbridge Power Station.

The matters raised by Deputies Cuffe, Michael Moynihan, Costello and Allen have been selected for discussion.
