I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the failure of the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, Deputy McDowell, to provide the promised adequate Garda resources in County Mayo to deal with the increasing levels of crime in our towns and the anti-social behaviour problems which are on the increase in all housing estates.
