I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the urgent need to assist St. Paul's College, Raheny in its request for more resources and finance to deal with: the high insurance costs; the capitation grants and its inadequate contribution to school finance; the inadequate special needs services, such as delays in having children assessed and the lack of facilities for these children in terms of learning support; and to give St. Paul's College the maximum support on these important issues.
