I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 on a specific and important matter of public interest requiring urgent consideration, namely, the imminent extinguishing of market rights under the Casual Trading Act 1995 unless they are exercised before 1 May 2006, and the need to extend that deadline to this autumn.
