I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the report by IBEC which highlights the economic difficulties that will arise as a result of the agreement with the US Government to cease the dual gateway transatlantic air transport arrangement and the urgent need to put in place an immediate programme to offset the probable economic difficulties that will arise from that decision.
