Question 54: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the number who will be affected following the recent High Court decision on the back to education allowance; the number of people who have applied to his Department for back payment of the back to education allowance; if his Department will automatically issue payment to all those people affected; the estimated cost to his Department to pay all those people affected; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
