I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the reversal of Government policy in abandoning the long-promised introduction of meaningful competition in the bus market in Dublin, the sacrifice of the public interest to vested interests and the immediate need to put vast numbers of additional buses on the streets of Dublin.
