Question 64: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if he has had discussions with the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform regarding the prevalence of crack cocaine here; his views on the danger this drug poses to communities, especially in urban areas; his further views on whether use of the drug, though relatively confined for the time being, can quickly spread; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
