I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the arrangements agreed with Government to allow the President of the United States attend a rally of American troops in Ireland last night and the contrast between the cost of security for this event and the low-key security for the Unionist march planned for last Saturday in Dublin.
