Does the Government intend to introduce an amendment to the State Airports Act, given that the basis on which that Act was passed has irrevocably changed and independent airport authorities can be established in Cork, Dublin and Shannon without Cork Airport being saddled with historical debt? Will the Minister comment on the fact that the mediator appointed by the Minister for Transport has worked with the Dublin Airport Authority?
