It is a Government decision arising out of legislation. It is a legislative matter under immigration legislation. It involves the question of reassurances from states which have the death penalty, whether we deport nationals to them and what reassurances we receive.
The Minister has responsibility for tourism. This weekend my constituency will be visited by some of the brethren from Northern Ireland who will march from Parnell Square to the Dáil. Why was that particular route chosen, considering it is a route——
