I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: why the redevelopment of Our Lady's Hospital in Cashel has not yet been completed, given that the capital plan has been approved by the Health Service Executive, HSE, and is awaiting the Tánaiste's approval. The people of south Tipperary have been waiting for more than ten years for adequate hospital services in the area. The long, bureaucratic process delaying progress in many Irish hospitals must be addressed.
