No. I object to the change to the Order of Business. I was happy enough to go along with Second Stage being taken today. My objection is based on the imposition of a guillotine that does not allow adequate time to deal with the amendments before us. This is a substantial issue that must be dealt with. I understand there is a rush but that does not take away from the need for a proper debate of the matter.
