We will have to wait to see the alternatives when the traffic flow plan is completed, which was part of the original Bord Pleanála decision. One of the conditions was that the NRA would have to produce a traffic plan and present it to the Department and the Minister. The Government would then have to make a decision but we cannot do so until we see the comprehensive traffic plan, which is due to be finished in October or November.
