Tairgim:

Go gceadófar go dtabharfar isteach Bille dá ngairtear Acht chun an Bunreacht a leasú.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Constitution.

This is a Bill to establish the State as the custodian of the cultural heritage, including the preservation and accessibility of the cultural heritage. The second element of the Bill is to implement the principle of minimum irreversible damage. It acknowledges the role of the State to commit itself to sustainable development in the interests of future generations.
