I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the problems identified with leaks in the port tunnel and the need to establish proper control systems for major infrastructural projects to ensure that they deliver on time, on cost and up to standard, especially given the increased level of expenditure proposed by the Government. It is five years since the opening date of January 2001 was published.
