I seek that Dáil Éireann be adjourned under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of urgent public importance, namely, to hear a statement from the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on the serious problem of water supply contamination by the parasite Cryptosporidium, which has become substantially worse in the past year according to the Environmental Protection Agency.
