Have the Government parties reached agreement on the publication of this Bill before Christmas, as was promised by the Tánaiste and the Taoiseach on numerous occasions? Could the Tánaiste specify when in the next three weeks the Abbotstown Sports Campus Development Authority Bill will be published and has the Government reached agreement?
