I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Finneran — that the Minister seeks to resolve the problems that have arisen between child care committees (details supplied) in County Roscommon; (2) Deputy Catherine Murphy — the serious concerns raised by a recent report published by An Bord Pleanála regarding the increased instance of unauthorised developments; (3) Deputy Healy — the need for the Minister to designate south Tipperary and the south-east region as Category 1 status under the European Union Regional Aid for 2007-2012; (4) Deputy Costello — the action he proposes in response to the request by the Czech Republic for the arrest and extradition of two of its nationals; and (5) Deputy Pattison — the need for the Minister to initiate an immediate investigation and report on the flooding of the River Nore on 9 November 2005.

The matters raised by Deputies Healy, Pattison and Finneran have been selected for discussion.
