Regarding the promised repeal of the Restrictive Practices Groceries Order 1987, announced today, when will that statutory instrument be signed and brought before the House? Regarding the promised amendment to the Competition Act 2002, announced today by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, when will that legislation be published and will both events happen coterminously?
