Question 94: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he will reform the current waste collection system following the conclusions of the Competition Authority that it is not working well for consumers nationally; if so, when he intends to reform the system; if such a reform will include a national waiver scheme; the steps he intends to take to increase competition within the market; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
