I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the failure of the Minister for Health and Children to act on the review of the ambulance command and control centre that called for the establishment of a joint ambulance control in Dublin in view of its findings that the current system represented a substantial identifiable risk to the patient population of the greater Dublin area, and the need for the Minister to take urgent steps to implement the report's findings.
