Section 5: In page 7, subsection (2), lines 16 to 18, "the literal interpretation may be departed from and preference given to the interpretation based on the plain intention of the maker of the instrument" deleted and "the provision shall be given a construction that reflects the plain intention of the maker of the instrument" substituted.
