Section 5: In page 7, subsection (1), lines 4 and 5, "the literal interpretation may be departed from and preference given to an interpretation based on the plain intention of the Oireachtas" deleted and "the provision shall be given a construction that reflects the plain intention of the Oireachtas" substituted.
