Question 25: To ask the Taoiseach if his attention has been drawn to an article in a newspaper (details supplied) written by the President of Sinn Féin, Mr. Gerry Adams, in which he stated that the Taoiseach had given a commitment that MPs elected in Northern Ireland would be able to speak in Dáil Éireann; if any such commitment was given; if not, the nature of the undertaking in this matter which was given by the Taoiseach; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
