Question : To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if he will address the situation of staff in Irish Ferries forced into taking so-called voluntary redundancy as was allowed to happen in Aer Lingus, lest management now see this as a legitimate tactic; and if he will send a clear signal that this type of behaviour is unacceptable.
