Did the Tánaiste mislead the House in reply to Deputy Rabbitte? He asked if the Hanly report would be implemented and she said it would. The Taoiseach came to Clare and said the Hanly report would not be implemented by this Government. Did the Tánaiste mislead the House in her reply to Deputy Rabbitte?
