Question 5: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the reason for the delay in applicants receiving disability arrears from his Department; if it is due to a shortage of staff in processing claims; if many financially vulnerable clients must wait up to three months for their entitlements; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
