We are seeking a reasonable explanation of a reasonable point. The Minister of State has been chosen by the Minister for Finance to pilot this legislation. It is not good enough that he has not even seen the Attorney General's advice. We are wasting our time discussing the question with the Minister of State as he does not know what he is talking about.
