If we accept proposals, we should look at it on the bigger scale. We should look at the impact that it will have on developing countries.

I again commend the Green Party for putting down this motion. I am disappointed that this House will divide on it tomorrow night. I now wish to give some time to my colleague, Deputy O'Connor.
