Question 109: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the recent figures produced by the Irish Patients Association showing that Ireland has the highest rate of MRSA infection in Europe; her views on these figures; if she intends to introduce legislation or regulations providing for the mandatory reporting of MRSA; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
