I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, to have the Government explain how it has allowed three weeks to elapse while illegally imported 2.5 tonnes of BT10 antibiotic-resistant genetically modified maize lies in storage on the Greenore quayside in County Louth and why the ship was not turned around-——
