I want to ask the Minister about detailed proposals on tax credits for child care and family support that were published in The Irish Times yesterday, under a picture of the Minister for Social and Family Affairs. Will the Minister for Finance say whether it is possible for Deputies in this House to ask questions regarding the costings ascribed to the story in The Irish Times? If these matters published relate to the tax strategy group, could the Minister agree to publish them? With the loss of freedom of information——
