I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of urgent national importance, namely that the Taoiseach or the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government make a statement to the House in light of media reports that the Cabinet has made a decision to provide public money to facilitate the construction of incinerators here.
