Is the Taoiseach reconsidering the legislation for the referendum on the constitutional treaty? Before debating it in the Dáil, does he intend to speak to Prime Minister Blair, who will hold the EU Presidency for the next six months, about whether there is any point bringing that legislation to the House and whether it will have significance? We have a great deal of other legislation to deal with.
