Does the Taoiseach condemn outright the findings and perpetrators identified in "Prime Time"? I ask the Taoiseach to put an end to announced inspections. The law provides for two inspections of every nursing home each year. There are 423 private nursing homes but only 82 were inspected in 2004, presumably on announcement.
