Health and Safety Regulations.

Question 37: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the reason draft regulations drawn up by the Health and Safety Authority more than 15 months ago to improve safety standards on building sites have not yet been implemented, despite the continuing high rate of deaths in the industry; when it is expected that the regulations will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
