Question 76: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government his views on whether inadequate legislation in respect of the management of apartment complexes in the private sector, including in the community and voluntary sector, is a serious matter which must be addressed as a matter of urgency in light of the growing number of such developments particularly in the Dublin region.
