I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the report by Drogheda Independent this week that rats have been seen on the third floor of the Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, a totally unacceptable and disgraceful situation requiring an immediate response from the Minister for Health and Children.
