As the Deputy is aware, the Dormant Accounts Fund Disbursements Board does not have a chief executive but the NTMA does. The chairperson is responsible because the board performs the disbursements. The chief executive of the NTMA remains responsible for the management of the fund, but disbursement will be performed through Departments. Consequently, the relevant Secretaries General will be responsible.
