What is delaying the Foyle and Carlingford fisheries Bill and when can we expect it? Many urban areas, including Dublin and Cork, urgently await the business improvement districts Bill. When can we expect to see that Bill?

I urge the Taoiseach to ensure the employment permits Bill is brought forward before the end of the session, in light of the continuing complaints we each receive about the serious mistreatment of migrant workers.
