Requests to move Adjournment of Dáil under Standing Order 31.
5:00 pm
Bernard Durkan (Kildare North, Fine Gael)
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss the following matter of vital national importance: the recently published report of the Data Protection Commissioner, in which the commissioner drew attention to the use of spam and various other forms of invasion of privacy, and the need for the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources to direct ComReg on the issue as a matter of urgency.
