In the region of 500,000 tonnes of waste has been illegally dumped in County Wicklow over the last number of years. Three and a half years later, not an ounce of it has been removed. Will the Taoiseach instruct the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to issue a policy directive, as he is empowered to do under the Waste Management Act, to have this waste removed? Some 150,000 tonnes——
