What is the Taoiseach's view of the appropriateness of members of the European Commission involving themselves in a debate on either side in the event of a referendum being called? Our Commissioner, Charlie McCreevy, a former Minister, has already signalled his intention to do so in regard to a referendum on the European constitution.
